Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

for 300 g hummus – ca. 10 sandwiches

400 g
1 TBL sp Canned chickpeas
Tahini 3 TBL sp
1/2
1 tea sp
1 tea sp
1 tea sp
1 clove
4 TBL sp Olive oil
Lemon
Paprika powder
Cumin
Sea salt
Garlic
Water (cold)

Make

5 min

In a blender, mix tahini and lemon juice

Add chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, paprika powder, cumin, sea salt and blend

drain chickpeas before adding and peel garlic

Add half of the water and mix

this makes it creamy, taste and add more water and/or spices to your preference
