50-90 g

1
1 TBL sp
200-300 ml
1 tea sp Muesli/oats
Banana
Apple
Peanut butter
Water
Cinnamon

Make

5 min

In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork

Add muesli and sliced apple

Add peanut butter and cinnamon

Pour boiling water over the peanut butter

until all the muesli is covered with water, mix well

    Wat is dit een lekker ontbijtje..k heb gesmuld, alleen heb ik de appel geraspt, dan kan je beter roeren.
