Spinach
Peas (frozen)
Walnuts 90 g

50 g Green pesto
Chili flakes
Onion
Parmesan (optional)

Prep

  1. Dice onion
  2. Chop walnuts

Cook

15 min

pan 2

Cook pasta

~10 min

pan 1

In the meantime, sauté onion

medium/high heat ~3 min

Add spinach and peas

until the spinach has wilted and the peas thawed ~5 min

pan 2

Drain pasta, add pesto

mix to coat pasta, ~1 min

pan 1

Add pesto pasta, walnuts and chili flakes

stir ~1 min

Serve with grated parmesan (optional)
