Farfalle Primavera

In het Engels maar ook in het Nederlands staan Farfalle meestal bekend als 'strikjes' pasta. Maar het is eigenlijk Italiaans voor 'vlinders'. Primavera is Italiaans voor het seizoen 'lente'. Samen geven de farfalle met de frisse smaken en ingredienten je geheid lentekriebels, wat voor weer het buiten ook is.

Spaanse Rijst

Pindanoedels

The unique flavour comes from using lots of mustard. The parmesan and crisps are also important. In Brazil they use a certain kind of crisps called ‘batata palha’.
