Roasted Chickpeas

These roasted chickpeas can be made with any flavour you like. Simply exchange the smoked paprika powder for other spices.
You can also store them, but they taste best fresh and a little warm from the oven.
Necessities
besides regular cooking and frying pans, and cutting knives

Kitchen towel

Baking paper
Zutaten
6 servings – as side
400 g
Kichererbsen aus der Dose
2 EL2 tea sp Olive oil
Geräuchertes Paprikapulver
Vorbereitung

- Drain chickpeas (and save aquafaba) and rub dry on kitchen towel
- Preheat oven to 200°C
Kochen
5 min + 20 min oven
In a bowl, mix ‘dried’ chickpeas with olive oil and smoked paprika powder
Spread chickpeas on an oven tray lined with baking paper
mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen

Roast chickpeas
~20 Min auf 200°C
after 10 min toss chickpeas with a spoon so all sides are roasted
