Rote Linsen (getrocknet)
Erbsen (tiefgekühlt)
Spinat
Raisins 2 tea sp

Currypulver
Rote Zwiebeln
Zitrone
Knoblauch

Vorbereitung

  1. Zwiebeln in Ringe schneiden
  2. Knoblauch fein hacken
  3. Cut potatoes into 1 cm cubes

Kochen

20 min

pan 2

Boil the potatoes in a medium pot

auf mittlerer/hoher Hitze ~5 Min

Add lentils and boil until tender

drain when ready ~5 min

pan 1b

In the meantime, sauté onion, garlic, cumin and curry powder

~2 Min

Add peas and raisins

auf mittlerer/hoher Hitze ~3 Min

Add boiled potatoes and lentils

mix ~3 min

Squeeze lemon juice

turn off heat and mix ~1 min

Serve wraps with spinach and samosa mix
