\nRed lentils (dried)
\nNaan breads\n\t500 ml

\nYellow curry paste
\nTurmeric
\nCumin
\nOnion
\nGarlic\n\t

10 min<\/p>\n\t

  1. Dice onion<\/li>\n
  2. Mince garlic and ginger<\/li>\n
  3. Cut potatoes into small 1 cm cubes<\/li>\n
  4. Preheat oven to 200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t

    Cook<\/p>\n\t

    25 min<\/p>\n\t

    Make bouillon<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    ~1 min<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"pan\n\t

    Saute\u0301 onion<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    medium\/high heat ~3 min<\/p>\n\t

    Add garlic, ginger, curry paste, turmeric and cumin<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    stir ~2 min<\/p>\n\t

    Add bouillon, potatoes, spinach and lentils<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    bring to a boil, then cover<\/p>\n

    stir regularly, cook until most of the liquid is gone and the potatoes are done<\/p>\n
