\n160 g\n\tPotatoes (waxy)
\nSalsa ai Funghi (Jara Earth)\n\t125 g
\n150 g
\n20 g\n\tCreme (or oat) fraiche
\n(Plant-based) cheese (grated)
\nFresh chives\n\t

Prep<\/p>\n\t

10 min<\/p>\n\t

  1. Place the potatoes on a cutting board between the backs of two ladles. Cut the potato into 5 mm slices, but don’t slide the knife all the way down, the ladles should prevent that.<\/li>\n
  2. Chop fresh chives<\/li>\n
  3. Preheat oven to 220\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t

    Cook<\/p>\n\t

    15 min + 45 min oven<\/p>\n\t

    Rub each potato with the olive oil and generously season with salt and pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    place the potatoes onto baking paper on an oven tray<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"oven\"\n\t

    Bake potatoes<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    ~30 min at 220\u00b0C<\/p>\n\t

    In the meantime, prepare the side salad<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOpen recipe\n\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t

    Take potatoes out of the oven and spread salsa ai funghi between and over potato slices<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    leave the oven on<\/p>\n\t

    Add creme (or oat) fraiche and cheese over it<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"oven\"\n\t

    Bake potatoes again<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    ~15 min at 220\u00b0C<\/p>\n\t

    Sprinkle fresh chives over the hasselback potatoes and serve with salad on the side<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"waves\"\n\t
