\n250 g
\n1\n\tTortellini (spinach or other)
\nTomatoes canned
\nFrozen green beans
\nLeek\n\t3 TBL sp
\n1
\n1 clove\n\tRed pesto
\nOnion
\nGarlic\n\t

You could try different sauces and vegetables that are used in other recipes, such as pesto with (soy)cream.<\/em><\/p>\n\t

Prep<\/p>\n\t

5 min<\/p>\n\t

  1. Dice onion and mince garlic<\/li>\n
  2. Cut leek into rings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t

    Cook<\/p>\n\t

    15 min<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"pan\n\t

    Saute\u0301 onion<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    medium\/high heat ~2 min<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"pan\n\t

    Cook tortellini, after ~5 minutes add green beans<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    (tortellini often need around 15 mins, beans need around 10 mins)<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"pan\n\t

    Add leek<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    stir ~2 min, season with salt and pepper<\/p>\n\t

    Add tomatoes, garlic and pesto<\/strong><\/p>\n\t
