And how do we stay hopeful when things are moving so slowly?<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Part 2: The food system<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>These chapters explore the key issues with the current food system but also the hopeful solutions that are available.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Part 3: What\u2019s for dinner?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>The third part follows the structure of our compass: what are the most impactful food choices &#8211; based on science &#8211; that we can take to reduce the climate impact of our food. And also: which choices have a minimal impact, so we can relax a bit more? Most of them use familiar ingredients and simple cooking steps, but often in unexpectedly tasty combinations.
