Make sure you only mix the dressing at the very end.<\/p>\n<p>If you can&#8217;t get hold of fresh pomegranate seeds, either buy a whole fruit or frozen seeds. In case of the first, be careful when opening it for the seeds as it can easily stain. Also add some extra time. We&#8217;ve tried the frozen pomegranate seeds as well, but we preferred the taste of the fresh ones!<\/p>\n\t<p>Simply keep the salad dressing apart until serving.<\/p>\n\t<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\t<p>6 servings &#8211; as side dish<\/p>\n\t150 g<br \/>\n1<br \/>\n100 g<br \/>\n90 g<br \/>\n200 g\n\tRocket<br \/>\nApple (Elstar)<br \/>\nWalnuts<br \/>\nPomegranate seeds<br \/>\nFeta\n\t6 TBL sp<br \/>\n4 TBL sp<br \/>\n2 tea sp\n\tOlive oil<br \/>\nBalsamic vinegar<br \/>\nHoney\n\t<p>Prep<\/p>\n\t<p>10 min<\/p>\n\t<ol>\n<li>Cut apple into thin slices<\/li>\n<li>Cut feta into small cubes<\/li>\n<li>Chop walnuts<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t<p>Cook<\/p>\n\t<p>5 min<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Assemble the salad:\u00a0in a large salad bowl, add rocket, pomegranate seeds, apple, nuts, and feta<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>mix<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Mix the salad dressing:\u00a0in a small bowl, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>use a fork to whisk the ingredients together<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Drizzle the dressing over top of the salad and serve<\/strong><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fr-wp.cowdev.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/waves.png\" alt=\"waves\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"waves\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>Thanks so much for joining our journey.
