\n1\n\tMixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc)
\nChestnut mushrooms
\nCelery stalks
\nCarrot\n\t140 g
\n2 TBL sp
\n150 g
\n15 g
\n1
\n2 cloves\n\tTomato paste
\nSoy sauce
\nPanko breadcrumbs
\nFresh parsley
\nOnion
\nGarlic\n\t

Prep<\/p>\n\t

20 min<\/p>\n\t

  1. Put the nuts into a food processor or blender (or chop as finely as you can), keep apart<\/li>\n
  2. Put the onion, garlic, celery, carrots and mushrooms into a food processor or blender (or chop as finely as you can)<\/li>\n
  3. Cut the fresh parsley<\/li>\n
  4. Preheat oven to 200\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t

    Cook<\/p>\n\t

    45 min<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"pan\n\t

    Saute\u0301 the onion, garlic, celery, carrots, mushrooms, tomato paste and soy sauce<\/p>\n\t

    until the veggies are softened on medium\/high heat, season with salt and pepper ~3 min<\/p>\n\t

    Turn off heat, add nuts, breadcrumbs and fresh parsley<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    mix well until it forms a thick paste, add a little water if it is too dry (it crumbles) and add some breadcrumbs if it is too wet<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"oven\"\n\t

    Line a loaf oven form with baking paper, and fill with the thick nut roast paste<\/strong><\/p>\n\t
