  2. Mince or grate ginger<\/li>\n
  3. Cut tomatoes into big cubes<\/li>\n
  4. Cut the mint leaves<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t

    Cook<\/p>\n\t

    15 min<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"oven\"\n\t

    Grill aubergines<\/strong><\/p>\n\t

    Option 1: cut aubergines into four thick slices, sprinkle with olive oil and salt, and grill in a sandwich maker. Then cut into strips.<\/p>\n

    Option 2: cut aubergines into strips or cubes, sprinkle with olive oil and salt, and grill in oven or frying pan<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"pan\n\t
